ペイント加工を施したソールは、通常の使用により経年劣化で自然に摩耗する場合があります。これはカスタムペイント加工特有の性質であり、製造上の欠陥には該当しません。

3. カスタム商品のポリシー
各商品はお客様のために特別に制作されるため、製造上の欠陥がある場合を除き、返品および返金は受け付けておりません。ご注文を確定する前に、サイズとデザインの詳細を再度ご確認ください。

4. サイズの確認
サイズおよび特別なデザインのご要望について、本メールにご返信ください。お客様の確認が取れるまで、制作は開始されません。
