⏰ 1. Return Timeframe
- Please request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made more than 7 days late will not be accepted.
- Once your request is submitted, we will review it and reply with the approval result within 24 hours.
📦 2. How to Return
- Email our customer service team at Support@kicksown.com to request return approval.
- Once approved, we will provide the return warehouse address. We will assign the most suitable return address based on your location.
- After approval, you must:
- Ship the item within 5 days
- Provide a valid tracking number
🌍 3. Important International Return Notices
- Around 80% of return packages sent to China may be inspected by customs, which may result in additional taxes of $50+. These charges are borne by the customer.
- Do NOT use FedEx for returns to China, as parcels may be detained by customs.
- We strongly recommend contacting us before returning any package to avoid unnecessary customs costs.
✅ 4. Return Requirements
- Items must remain unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Please include a paper note with your order number and name inside the package for verification.
⚠️ 5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately and provide clear photos of:
- The item (front and bottom)
- Tags
- Packaging
- We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution within 24 hours.
Serious Damage / Wrong Item
If the item is seriously damaged, or if you receive the wrong size or wrong style, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund. In these cases, we will bear all related shipping costs.
🚫 6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.

To request an exchange, please choose one of the following options:
- Place a new order for the correct item or size
- Return the original item
- Once the return is received, we will process your refund promptly
- Send back the original item first
- After we receive and verify the return, we will ship the replacement

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose one of the following solutions:
- Exchange for another item
- Wait for restock
- Receive a full refund
Shipping Delay Policy
- We aim to ship orders within 2–3 business days.
- If shipment is delayed for any reason, we will:
- Inform you of the reason on the same day
- Provide the expected shipping timeline
- Update your order status daily until shipment

- We offer free shipping on sneaker orders over $99 after successful payment.
- If you return or exchange an item for personal reasons rather than quality issues, you will be responsible for:
