📦 Shipment Processing Time

We offer multiple shipping options for sneaker orders.

📍 Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Our carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete and accurate street address to avoid delays or delivery issues.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
KICKSOWN is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
🔎 How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 3 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@kicksown.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We offer free shipping on sneaker orders over $100. However, due to the size and weight of the products, shipping costs are relatively high.
- If you request a return or exchange for personal reasons, you will be responsible for both:
- The original shipping cost
- The return shipping cost
