Submit a claim through the Xcotton Claims Portal within the eligible protection period.
Tracking shows “Delivered,” but you have not received the package
Report through the Xcotton Claims Portal within 7 days after discovering the issue.
Your KICKSOWN order arrived damaged
Report the damage within 7 days after discovery. Please prepare clear photos of the package and item.
Your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe
Report the delay as soon as you discover it and within the eligible protection period.

Coverage is generally available for up to 90 days from the shipping date. Please report any issue as soon as possible.
What if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?
