⏰ 1. Return Timeframe
- Please request a return or exchange within 7 jours of delivery.
- Requests made plus than 7 jours late will not be accepted.
- Once your request is submitted, we will review it et reply with the approval result within 24 hours.
📦 2. How to Return
- Email notre customer service team sur Support@kicksown.com to request return approval.
- Once approved, we will provide the return warehouse address. ⚠️Please do not return packages to the original sender's address. We operate regional warehouses, et we will assign the most suitable return warehouse based on your location.
- After approval, you must:
- Ship the item within 5 jours
- Provide a valid le suivi number
🌍 3. Important International Return Notices
- Around 80% of return packages sent to China may be inspected by customs, which may result in additional taxes of $50+. These charges are borne by the customer.
- Do NOT use FedEx pour returns to China, as parcels may be detained by customs.
- We strongly recommend contacting us before returning any package to avoid unnecessary customs costs.
✅ 4. Return Requirements
- Items must remain unused, with original tags et packaging intact.
- Please include a paper note with your order number et name inside the package pour verification.
⚠️ 5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately et provide clear photos of:
- The item (front et bottom)
- Tags
- Packaging
- We will evaluate the issue et provide a solution within 24 hours.
Serious Damage / Wrong Item
If the item is seriously damaged, or if you receive the wrong taille or wrong style, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund. In these cases, we will bear toutes related expédition costs.
🚫 6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accepter returns pour the following items:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards

To request an exchange, please choisissez one of the following options:
- Place a nouveau order pour the correct item or taille
- Return the original item
- Once the return is received, we will process your refund promptly
- Send back the original item first
- After we receive et verify the return, we will ship the replacement

Once we receive et inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 ouvrables jours.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process et post the refund.
