Important information about returns, exchanges, refunds, out-of-stock items, et expédition delays.
We recommend contacting us before returning any item to avoid unnecessary customs charges, delays, or rejected returns. ⚠️ Please do not initiate a chargeback without contacting notre customer service team first.

⏰ 1. Return Timeframe

  • Please request a return or exchange within 7 jours of delivery.
  • Requests made plus than 7 jours late will not be accepted.
  • Once your request is submitted, we will review it et reply with the approval result within 24 hours.

📦 2. How to Return

  1. Email notre customer service team sur Support@kicksown.com to request return approval.
  2. Once approved, we will provide the return warehouse address. ⚠️Please do not return packages to the original sender's address. We operate regional warehouses, et we will assign the most suitable return warehouse based on your location. 
  3. After approval, you must:
    • Ship the item within 5 jours
    • Provide a valid le suivi number
Returns without prior approval, returns shipped late, or returns without a valid le suivi number will not be accepted.

🌍 3. Important International Return Notices

  • Around 80% of return packages sent to China may be inspected by customs, which may result in additional taxes of $50+. These charges are borne by the customer.
  • Do NOT use FedEx pour returns to China, as parcels may be detained by customs.
  • We strongly recommend contacting us before returning any package to avoid unnecessary customs costs.

✅ 4. Return Requirements

  • Items must remain unused, with original tags et packaging intact.
  • Please include a paper note with your order number et name inside the package pour verification.

⚠️ 5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately et provide clear photos of:
    • The item (front et bottom)
    • Tags
    • Packaging
  2. We will evaluate the issue et provide a solution within 24 hours.

Serious Damage / Wrong Item

If the item is seriously damaged, or if you receive the wrong taille or wrong style, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund. In these cases, we will bear toutes related expédition costs.

* If the incorrect chaussures have already been used, we are unable to process a refund.

🚫 6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accepter returns pour the following items:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.

🔄 7. Exchanges

To request an exchange, please choisissez one of the following options:

Option A – Fastest
  • Place a nouveau order pour the correct item or taille
  • Return the original item
  • Once the return is received, we will process your refund promptly
Option B – Standard
  • Send back the original item first
  • After we receive et verify the return, we will ship the replacement
If the exchange is not due to a product defect or notre mistake, return expédition costs will be the customer's responsibility.

💳 8. Refunds

Once we receive et inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 ouvrables jours.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process et post the refund.
If it has been plus than 10 ouvrables jours since your refund was approved et you still have not received it, please don't hesitate to contact us sur Support@kicksown.com.

Out-of-Stock Politique

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choisissez one of the following solutions:

  • Exchange pour another item
  • Wait pour restock
  • Receive a full refund

Expédition Delay Politique

  • We aim to ship orders within 2–3 ouvrables jours.
  • If shipment is delayed pour any reason, we will:
    • Inform you of the reason on the same day
    • Provide the expected expédition timeline
    • Update your order status daily until shipment

Additional Notice:

1. Risk orders: We may ask you to confirm that the order was placed by you.

2. Custom orders: Please review et acknowledge the applicable customization policies before we begin processing.

  • We offer Livraison gratuite on sneaker orders over $99 after successful payment.
  • If you return or exchange an item pour personal reasons rather than qualité issues, you will be responsible for:
    • The original expédition cost
