📍 Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Notre carriers have limitations around expédition to P.O. Boxes et APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete et précis street address to avoid delays or delivery issues.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Kicksown is not responsible pour any import duties, taxes, or les frais de douane applied to your order. Toutes charges imposed during or after expédition are the responsibility of the customer.
🔎 How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a le suivi number.
- Please autoriser up to 48 hours pour the le suivi information to become disponibles.
If you have not received your order within 3 jours after receiving your expédition confirmation email, please contact us sur Support@kicksown.com with your name et order number, et we will look into it pour you.
