We will provide a solution based on the specific circumstances. Even if the shoes themselves have no quality issues, we can still process a refund as long as you provide photos taken at the time of delivery to prove that the label was missing.

In Peru, when customers purchase products from overseas, local banks may charge an additional value-added fee. This fee is collected by the bank according to local policy and is not paid to us as the seller.

When customers place a order, 3 days needed for preparing the packages. Because of the distance problem and the post questions, Peru packages take 1-2 months to arrive. It’s a time question, but the delivery is safe, so if you don’t mind this, you can purchase it.
