RETURN & REFUND POLICY — IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. AVAILABLE TIMEFRAME
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Requests made after 7 days cannot be processed.
2. HOW TO RETURN
Please email our customer service team at Support@kicksown.com.
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return warehouse address.
After approval:

Ship the item within 5 days

Provide the return tracking number
Late returns or returns shipped without a tracking number will not be accepted.
3. RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Items must remain unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Include a paper with your order number and name inside the package for verification.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
To request an exchange, please choose one of the following options:
Option A – Fastest:
Place a new order for the correct size and return the original item. Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund promptly.
Option B – Standard:
Send back the original item first. After we receive and verify the return, we’ll ship out the replacement in your requested size.
Please note: If the return is not due to a product defect, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

We offer free shipping on all sneaker orders over $99 upon successful transaction.
However, due to the high price of our products' shipping fees, if you choose to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for:
